Redesign and creation of low and high-fidelity mockups for Microsoft Profile Center. Worked closely with Engineering Manager to shape new features. Developed new user workflows and user stories for a wide range of projects. Collaborated with Business Analyst to identify personas for the portal. Responsible for driving and maintaining a consistent user experience across products.
